Tewksbury Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Cocaine Distribution Charges: Report

TEWKSBURY, MA — The two suspects arrested on cocaine distribution charges at a Hillman Street home plead not guilty at arraignment in Lowell District Court Monday, reports the Lowell Sun.
Courtney Lavalle, 18, of Hillman Street plead not guilty to two counts of distribution of a class B substance (cocaine), possession with intent to distribute and possession of a Class A substance (codeine). She was released on personal recognizance, reports the Lowell Sun.
Nicholas Constantineau, 20, of Hillman Street plead not guilty to possession with the intent to distribute a class B substance (cocaine) and possession of a Class B substance, as well as unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
