2016 Wakefield Memorial High School Football Schedule
The Warriors open up the 2016 campaign Saturday. Here's a look at the team's schedule.
WAKEFIELD, MA — The Wakefield Memorial High School Warriors begin their 2016 season Saturday against Beverly High School.
This will be the second season under the tutelage of head coach Steve Cummings, after finishing the season with a 3-8 record in his inaugural campaign. The Warriors will be hoping to build off the 2016 season, and will do so with speed a the skill positions.
Cummings' squad will play five of its games at Landrigan Field this season, including the Thanksgiving game against Melrose at home. Here's a look at the Warriors' regular season slate.

- Sept. 16: Marlbehead, 7 p.m.
- Sept. 23: @ Watertown, 7 p.m.
- Sept. 30: Wilmington, 7 p.m.
- Oct. 7: Stoneham, 7 p.m.
- Oct. 14: Burlington, 7 p.m.
- Oct. 22: @Winchester, 2 p.m.
- Nov. 24: Melrose, 10:30 a.m.
