4. Tickets on sale: Love the Beebe Library and the Chamber of Commerce? Well their biggest annual fundraiser, , is slated for April 28 this year, and tickets go on sale today. The event includes a flower show, silent auction, beer and wine tasting for the Lucius Beebe Memorial Library and the Wakefield Chamber of Commerce. Tickets for Blossoms at the Beebe are $30 per person ($40 at the door). Tickets can be purchased at the Lucius Beebe Memorial Library, or online at www.blossomsatbeebe.com, starting today.
5. Attention students - Designed for high school students, is a free program held tonight at 7 p.m. at the Beebe Library sponsored by the Boston Better Business Bureau provides information on how to budget and borrow wisely, and provides crucial tools and resources for young people and their families.
