5 Things: Soccer Signups, Student/Faculty Game, and More

2. Today in Wakefield Sports - Help the WHS boys and girls track and field teams make sure their records are accurate by reviewing their and . While some records are complete and verified, the track team does not have a list of all the school records ever held by WHS students. Soccer signups: Friday at midnight marks the deadline to sign up your kids for youth soccer through the Wakefield Soccer Association for all returning travel players, as well as U5, U6, U7, and U8 intramural players. You are what you eat: Join Chef Liz Barbour of the Creative Feast tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the , who will take you on a pictorial tour of her edible garden followed by a cooking demonstration and sampling of two delicious recipes featuring fresh, healthy ingredients. Student/Faculty Basketball game-  The students and faculty of the Galvin Middle School will go head to head tonightas the Galvin Faculty Golden Eagles face off against the Student Galvin Globe Trotters. The game will go from  6:00-7:30 p.m., and will be held at the Wakefield High School Field House.  Doors will open at 5:15 p.m. Admission will be $3.00 for students and $4.00 for adults. Pizza, drinks and snacks will be sold at the Courtside Cafe.
