Wakefield Co-Operative Bank Announces New Hires

Wakefield – Ralph W. Dunham, President and CEO of Wakefield Co-operative Bank announced that the Bank has recently hired two people to further expand its residential mortgage loan department.

 

The Bank has hired Elaine Manfredi as a Senior Mortgage Consultant. In this capacity, Elaine will be working with borrowers in Middlesex County to obtain financing for homes. Prior to joining the Bank, Elaine served as a Senior Loan Officer for New England Moves Mortgage Company. Prior to New England Moves, Elaine has worked for other major Massachusetts lenders and has more than 30 years of banking experience.

The Bank has also hired Donna Dickie as Loan Administration and Servicing Manager. In this role, Donna will be responsible for all loan servicing and loan administration issues.             Before joining the Bank, Donna worked for DanversBank and has extensive servicing experience with several community banks in Massachusetts, including Medford Savings Bank.

The Bank’s lending focus is on originating residential mortgage loans in Middlesex and Essex County.  The Bank now has four residential mortgage loan originators.  Whether to purchase or refinance a home, the Bank offers a range of mortgage programs to suit the needs of its customers.

 

Wakefield Co-Operative Bank has $147 million in assets, the highest amount in the Bank’s history.  The Bank will be celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2012.  The Bank’s Main Office is at 342 Main Street in Wakefield and its branch office is at 596 Main Street in Lynnfield.
