Awesome Items at the Charity Auction

Wakefield Sons and Daughters of Italy expect fun at their fundraising event

The Lodge has been busy preparing for their 12th Annual Charity Auction. We are very excited for this event which will be on Tuesday April 19, 2022. The Auction will offer a chance for bidders to win wrapped-up mystery items donated by members, which can be fun and exciting. Additionally, there will be a silent auction with items including beautiful gift baskets, a weekend in the White Mountains, 150 gallons of home heating oil, a Gloucester boat ride and theater tickets. There should be something for every taste and in every bid range.

We are grateful to many businesses in the community that have donated items or gift cards. These businesses include: Calaresso's Farm Stand, Cal's Creamery, DiCara's Deli, Meraki Medical Esthetics, Harrows Chicken Pies and The Chocolate Truffle of Reading, Laurie's 9:09 Catering, A Balanced Self, The Farmland, Fringe on Main, North Ave Diner, Cheryl Caroll-MaryKay Consultant, HealthyNut, Cravings, Gingerbread Construction Company, Dockside Restaurant, and Mel and Sons of Wakefield, Impress Graphics, Colonial Cadillac, Magic Detailing and Medispa Caring for All of Woburn, Kennedy's Ice Cream Bar, Beacon Hill Wine & Gourmet, Everlasting Fitness, Bitty and Beaus' coffee, Tramontozzi Law, Mariela's Mexico bags, and All Things Beauty of Melrose, Pastene Pasta of Canton, J Pace & Son of Saugus, Dye by Debra Hair Salon and Greater Boston Stage Company of Stoneham, Hanover Theatre in Worcester, Fabrezia of Salem, NH, Danvers Spa & Nail of Danvers, Capone Floral Studio of Middleton, Jill Joyce, Pepperidge Farm Proprietor of Burlington and Dom's quality meats of Malden are a few of the generous donors. Some activities donated include a boat ride around Gloucester, a family/personal narrative recording, PC computer refresh, Red Sox tickets from Moriarty & Sons, New England Revolution tickets, a weekend in the White Mountains, a wine tasting donated by Total Wine of Danvers, and a photography session. If you are a business or individual interested in donating an item, a service, or a gift certificate, please contact Sharon at sharrun19@yahoo.com.
