Boys & Girls Club To Hold Outdoor Festival of Trees
Festival of Trees at Holiday Stroll to benefit Wakefield's new Boys & Girls Club.

The following is an announcement from the Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham, Wakefield Club:
Wakefield, MA- Dec. 1, 2012-- For the first time, this year's Holiday Stroll will feature a Festival of Trees!
It will be held in the Lincoln Street parking lot. The Events Planning Committee will provide the tree stands and an electrical source. All you have to do is supply a decorated tree! It can be a real tree, a fake tree, a tall tree, a small tree...it is entirely up to you!
We will accept trees from charities, businesses, athletic or academic teams of any kind! Trees can come from families, friends, neighborhoods, clubs, churches, civic groups, Scouts, etc.
There is no entry fee. Tree decorating will begin at 1 p.m. and end by 3 p.m. Raffle tickets will be sold and people can put their tickets in a box next to their favorite tree, in an attempt to win that tree! Proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham, Wakefield Club.
This is an opportunity to have fun, get in the holiday spirit and help open the doors for our new Boys & Girls Club. Trees can be set up between 1pm and 3 pm that day. Raffles will be pulled after 5 pm and winners will be notified and must come pick up their tree!
