Boys & Girls Clubs Launching Summer Food Service Program in Partnership with City of Melrose

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield are participating in the Summer Food Service Program with the City of Melrose this July and August. Meals will be provided, on a first come, first serve basis, at the sites and times as follows: Melrose Highlands Train Station Parking Area located at 497 Franklin St, Melrose, MA 02176. Lunch will be served between 11:30am-12:30pm weekdays, M-F from July 11th- August 12th, 2022. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.

In addition to the lunch program, there will be free children’s activities held each weekday from M-F from 10am-11am at the Roosevelt School in Melrose, 253 Vinton Street (outdoors). Activities will center around health and wellness and are provided for a wide variety of ages.
