to place everything else aside and engage in an energizing and relaxing
meditation of body, mind and spirit. It’s a great way to reduce stress while getting an excellent core workout. The smooth, steady movements quiet your mind and soothe your nervous system. As you lengthen and strengthen your muscles,
you'll improve your circulation and whisk tension away. Each Pilate’s workout can leave you feeling calm,
balanced, and rejuvenated.
