DA Ryan Announces Wakefield Grand Jury Indictments

These indictments were handed down between April 13 and May 30, 2017. Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Defendants without a hometown listed do not have a last known address. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Wakefield

Erick Delrosario, 25, of Methuen, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of oxycodone. The Assistant District Attorney is Elizabeth Barnes.

Richard Smith, 33, of Malden, was charged with possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a loaded firearm, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of ammunition, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.
