Drive-Thru Flu Clinic In Wakefield High Scool: October 17, 2020

Saturday, October 17-9 a.m. to 12 p.m.Wakefield High School | 60 Farm Street

On October 17, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Wakefield Health Department is sponsoring a drive-thru flu clinic in the front driveway of Wakefield High School. This clinic is for adults 19 and older from all communities.

Please wear a face covering and short sleeves and bring:

• A completed regular vaccine form or high-dose vaccine form, depending on your preference, and
• Your insurance card(s)

The vaccine is free with most insurances except Aetna and United Healthcare. There will be a $15 fee for regular flu vaccine not covered by a participating insurance carrier. A limited amount of high-dose vaccine is available and out-of-pocket payment is not an option for this type; we are only accepting insurance for the high-dose vaccine.
