15th Annual Celebration of Learning Banquet

Wakefield Educational Foundation (WEF) is pleased to announce the 15th Annual Celebration of Learning Banquet will be held on Thursday, April 14that 6PM in the Wakefield High School Cafeteria.  This evening is a time to honor students, staff, volunteers and community members and to take time out to celebrate with those who make our schools great!  The honorees exemplify the core values of their respective schools and show positive effort and attitude.  We will also be recognizing community volunteers who are committed to public education in Wakefield.  Congratulations to the following members of our community!

Dolbeare School

WEF is still accepting donations to help support this wonderful evening!   The names of all donors will be displayed on an honor roll that will be seen by each of the 350 attendees.  We are also excited to launch our newly designed website in late April and are currently offering personal and corporate sponsors donating $50 or more to display your name /company name and logo for one year beginning May 1, 2011!  Donations can be mailed directly to WEF at P.O. Box 1752, Wakefield, MA  01880.

 

If you would like to join in honoring this year’s recipients, tickets are available through Friday April 8th at each of the schools.  Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students to cover the cost of the dinner.  Please note advance ticket sales only – tickets will not be available at the door.
