Come see the paintings and photographs of local artist Carrie Dennehy, have a drink and some snacks...

Carrie is a local painter and photographer, who has lived in Wakefield for most of her life.  She became an artist in the fourth grade when she and a friend began re-creating pictures from an art book during recess.  Carrie uses acrylics as her main medium, but also dabbles in oils, as well as pen and ink and occasionally sculpture. 

“I love color.  No matter what the subject, my focus inevitably becomes my color choices and how they allow my subject to come alive and connect to the viewers emotionally.” - Carrie
