In this comprehensive Bully Buster program Grades 3 and up, program founder Rick Alford will teach kids effective methods of dealing with bullies without having to resort to violence. Kids will learn how to identify a bully, how to prevent themselves from becoming victims as well as the importance of being the bystander. “I’ll discuss techniques that can be used to make them be less likely to be targeted, as well as the importance of valuing differences among other kids,” explains Alford.
