Wakefield Community Education is offering a three night seminar on Mondays, March 28, April 4 & 11. This seminar is designed to offer tips and strategies for buying and refinancing. Seminar includes question and answer session with an attorney, appraiser, home inspector, realtor, and loan officer. Also the details of FHA loans and reverse mortgages will be available.
