Radio talk show host Howie Carr, author of “The Brothers Bulger,” “Hitman” and his latest, “Hard Knocks,” will speak and sign books at Beebe Library on Saturday, March 10 at 2 p.m. Join Howie as he talks about Boston organized crime and other topics. The library will reserve seats for the first 50 people who sign up. Walk-in seating for remaining seats will be on a first-come, first served basis.
