Pilates can give you a head start to a faster recovery time. It can also help new mothers stay positive, regain their energy & strengthen their core to help with lifting & carrying a new baby. This class eliminates the problem of finding a class & a babysitter. New moms can have a time to meet other new moms & exercise.
Mom's with their babies (2-8 mo.) are welcome to this small class (only 4 participants) where we will work on strengthening abdominal & back muscles & stretching shoulders & chest area & learn how to avoid injuries in our every day movements. Moms must be at least 6 weeks post-partum with no serious injuries. Bring along your little one ( & a few toys to distract them)
