Pilates can help relieve stress & build stamina. It also helps keep new mothers positive, regain their energy & strengthen their core to help with all the lifting & carrying they will do. This class eliminates the need to find a babysitter & new moms can meet other new moms & get much needed exercise. Bring toys & things to distract the little ones while working out.
Moms with babies (2-8mo) are welcome to this small class where we will work on core strength, stretching tight shoulders & chest & learning how to avoid injuries in our everyday movements.
