About Real Fitness for Teens!
The idea for our 8 week Real Fitness for Teens! program was developed by our Group X director Dina Metrano. As a mother of four and someone who has been involved with dance schools and youth fitness for many years Dina saw the need for a venue where teenage girls could exercise in a comfortable, safe and noncompetitive environment. The women’s only aspect to PUMPS was the key component in assuring the comfort factor for both participants and their parents. The variety of programs offered allows the participants to challenge themselves in a variety of ways and improve their overall fitness and self confidence.
