THE BULLDOGS AND FLUTIE PITCH IN FOR EMARC!!!

ATTENTION SPORTS FANS!!

The Reading Bulldogs invite you to join them on Tuesday, July 26th as they go to bat for EMARC.  Special EMARC guests will throw the first pitch at 5:30 p.m. at Morton Memorial Field (behind RMHS near tennis courts).  The Bulldogs are part of the InterCity league baseball organization founded in 1960 and are proud to have Heisman trophy winner and former NFL QB Doug Flutie as their second baseman.   This exciting evening is being sponsored by Reading/North Reading Chamber of Commerce, Reading Bulldogs Baseball and Grumpy Doyles.  John Halsey, GM & Founder of the Reading Bulldogs says “this is a start of a long-term relationship with EMARC and our community.  We look forward to a great night and hope that people can make it to the game and post-party”.

Join us for the Baseball game (all Bulldog games are free), then  an out of the ordinary post-game party which will kick-off at 8 p.m. at Grumpy Doyles in Reading.   Football legend and Reading Bulldog Doug Flutie will be greetings guests and signing autographs.  Wristbands for entry to the post-game party will be sold at the baseball game beginning at 5:30 p.m.  Individual wristbands are $15 each ($20 at Grumpy’s door if available), families of 4 $30, $10 for kids 5 to 18 and under 5 free.   Irene Collins, Executive Director of the Reading/North Reading Chamber of Commerce says “we’re excited to sponsor this event for EMARC and for the Reading and North Reading communities.  100% of the proceeds go to EMARC, a great cause”.
