Friends of Beebe Library Wakefield need your Book Donations for the Annual Book Sale.

Friends of Beebe Library Wakefield Annual Book Sale Needs Your Book Donations!
The Friends of Beebe Memorial Library are seeking books in advance of their 46th Annual Book Sale that will take place on Friday Night June 2nd and Saturday June 3rd, 2017. This is the group’s major fundraiser, which provides financial support for the Library’s wonderful programs such children’s summer reading, adult and children’s programs throughout the year, and the always popular museum passes.
The Friends are accepting donations of hardcover and paperback books, CD’s, DVD’s and audio books to be included in the sale. Textbooks, condensed books, and magazines or damaged books cannot be used. Small donations can be dropped off at the Library during regular hours. If you need help with a larger pickup please call Jody Sherman at 781-245-3631.
The Annual Book Sale will take place on both Friday night June 2nd from 6-9 and Saturday June 3rd from 9:00am to 2:00 pm, rain or shine, at the First Baptist Church, Common and Lafayette Streets in Wakefield. Admission is free. Thursday June 1st from 6-9 is preview night for Friends’ members only. For more information or to join the Friends please visit, www.friendsofbeebe.org. .
