Friends of Beebe Library Wakefield Annual Book Sale Needs Your Book Donations!

The Friends of Beebe Memorial Library are seeking books in advance of their 48th Annual Book Sale that will take place on Friday Night May 31st and Saturday June 1st, 2019 at our NEW location in the iconic Waterstone building at the head of Lake Quannapowitt. This is the group’s major fundraiser, which provides financial support for the Library’s wonderful programs such as children’s summer reading, adult and children’s programs throughout the year, and the always popular museum passes.

The Friends are accepting donations of hardcover and paperback books, CD’s, DVD’s and audio books to be included in the sale. Textbooks, condensed books, and magazines or damaged books cannot be used. Small donations can be dropped off at the Library during regular hours. The Annual Book Sale will take place on both Friday night May 31st from 6-9 and Saturday June 1st from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, rain or shine, at the Waterstone Building, 200 Quannapowitt Parkway in Wakefield.
