Mission of Deeds MODFEST Sunday at Quannapowitt

Bring the family down to the lake for music, great food, and raffle prizes.

Come on down to Lake Quannapowitt Sunday for MODFEST, the Mission of Deeds festival that combines family fun with a great cause.

Mission of Deeds provides new beds and used furniture at no charge to those in need. Sunday's event not only supports their mission but gives area residents a chance to enjoy a great day by the lake.

The day starts at 10 a.m. with The Tony Triglione Memorial Walk around the lake. Registration begins at 9:30. The Family Fun Festival follows at 11 a.m. with music, food, face painting, a bounce house and other kid's activities. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. It costs $20 per person or $40 per family and provides access to all activities and the Food Court, as well as slush, popcorn, apples, water and more.

Complimentary with registration is t-shirts for the first 200 supporters to preregister, live music by Katrina Marie Band, and appetizers from five local favorite restaurants.
