No Major Flooding Issues During Early Morning Downpours

With much of the area getting periods of heavy rain on Wednesday morning, local officials are keeping an eye out for flooding issues.

In Wakefield, police reported that as of 9:15 a.m., there was some minor road flooding, but all roads remained open at this time.

Police were urging motorists to continue to use caution throughout the day as continuing heavy rain is expected.
