Trick or treaters and their families were downtown Thursday evening to visit local business owners and to enjoy the library's pumpkin display.
On Thursday night, Wakefield residents got an early taste of Halloween as downtown merchants opened their doors to trick or treaters and the library set out its pumpkin display.
