Football's Back! The Point Is, Wakefield Needs To Score

The offense has struggled for Wakefield the past two years with the Warriors averaging 10.5 ppg in 2015, and 13.2 last year. More points will mean more success for a team looking for its first Middlesex Freedom title since 2011. Following is the Warriors' fall schedule along with the 2016 records of each opponent.

Thur., Sept. 28, 6:30 p.m. – Wakefield at Stoneham (7-4)

Fri., Oct. 6, 7 p.m. – Wakefield at Burlington (4-7)

Fri., Oct. 13, 7 p.m. – Woburn (6-5) at Wakefield

Fri., Oct. 20, 7 p.m. – Watertown (9-2) at Wakefield

Oct. 27-28 – Start of MIAA playoffs or continuation of regular season

Thur., Nov. 23, 10:15 a.m. – Wakefield at Melrose (8-3)
