Police Arrest Somerville Man On Drug Charges
During motor vehicle stop, the operator was found to be in possession of several drugs and drug paraphernalia.

The Wakefield Police Department arrested a man on drug charges last night following a motor vehicle stop, according to Chief Rick Smith. Alessandro Capobianco, 41, of Somerville is charged with:
· Possession to Distribute a Class D Drug (marijuana)
· Possession to Distribute a Class E Drug (Ativan, naloxone, hydrochloride, Vidalista)

· Possession to Distribute a Class B Drug (methamphetamine, amphetamine)
On Sunday, Jan. 28, at 8:17 p.m., a Wakefield Police Officer on patrol on MacArthur Road conducted a motor vehicle stop on a gray 2017 Ford Edge after noticing the car's headlights were not turned on.

During the motor vehicle stop, the operator, identified as Capobianco, was found to be in possession of several drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest without incident. Capobianco was booked at the Wakefield Police Department and later released on bail.
