Police: Men Yelling at Cars; Disruptive Kids and Neighbors

Thursday, July 16

At 11:14 a.m., someone called about a man standing at the corner of North Avenue and Quannapowitt Parkway yelling at passing cars.

At 1:22 p.m., police arrested Silas D. Williams, 27, of 3 Ledgewood Road in Wilmington on two outstanding warrants.

At 3:38 p.m., a Renwick Road resident said someone was knocking on her door and causing a disturbance. A neighbor said he was knocking on the door trying to get the children in the residence to quiet down.

At 9:25 p.m., a man on Charles Street was said to be hiding behind cars and then jumping into the street to yell at cars driving by.
