Police: OUI Arrests; Trespassing at the Mansion

Monday, August 10

At 12:11 p.m., there was a car accident with no injuries on Salem Street.

At 4:06 p.m., there was a report of a hit-and-run accident on Rosemary Avenue.

Tuesday, August 11

At 8:29 a.m., a bicyclist rode into the side of a town truck.

At 10:53 a.m., a truck hit a tree on Chestnut Street.

At 1:57 p.m., a car was egged on Audobon Road.

At 8:13 p.m., four juveniles were issued summons for trespassing on Mansion Road.

Wednesday, August 12

At 6:05 p.m., Patricia Viera-Nagy, 41, of 7 Cortland Lane in Lynnfield was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of drugs, leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

At 6:27 p.m., there was a report of a dog that had been barking all day on Mount Pleasant Avenue. The dog was tangled in a tree.

At 11:59 p.m., Michelle Leahy, 32, of 94 Gould St. in Wakefield was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

Thursday, August 13

At 8:57 p.m., there was a three-car accident on Forest Street. Police arrested a 17-year-old and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation, and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Friday, August 14

At 1:36 a.m., George Goodwin, 20, of 38 Waban St. in Saugus was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and breaking and entering into a vehicle in the nighttime to commit a felony.

At 7:50 p.m., there was a complaint of a drone flying over a residence on Heritage Lane.

Saturday, August 15

At 12:50 a.m., two juveniles were issued a summons for trespassing on Mansion Road.

At 5:26 a.m., Fabio Fausto DeCastro, 38, of 31 Green St., 37 in Reading was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and operating with a suspended or revoked license.
