At 8:19 a.m., there was a report of a hit and run accident on Broadway.

At 8:23 a.m., there was a minor motor vehicle accident on Water Street.
At 4 p.m., there was a directed police patrol on Main Street/
Wednesday, Oct. 28
At 11:30 a.m., there was a complaint about illegally parked cars on Yale Avenue.
At 4:45 p.m., there was a report of a man passed out behind the wheel of a car on Harrison Avenue. He was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
At 8:20 p.m., a caller reported that an animal was trapped in her bathroom on Salem Street. A woodchuck was safely evicted from the property and released into the wilderness.
Thursday, Oct. 29
At 3:29 p.m., there was a motor vehicle crash on Albion Street.
At 5:31 p.m., police arrested Matthew B. O’Malley, 24, of 138 Salem St., D in Wakefield on a warrant.
At 6:46 p.m., a Lantern Lane resident reported possible vandalism to property. Police did not observe any damage, but the caller believed that someone may have been in the Jacuzzi.
