Police: Yelling Obscenities; Stuck Skunk

Monday, Sept. 28
At 11:18 a.m., a woman reported that a man was yelling obscenities at her as she rode her bike around the lake.
At 2:24 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a parking lot on West Water Street might be drunk and yelling at school children. No disturbance was observed.

At 9:17 a.m., there was a report of a man yelling obscenities to himself on Main Street.
At 4:59 p.m., police arrested Arthur C. Kirk Jr., 20, of 839 East St. in Tewksbury for possession with intent to distribute a class B drug and distribution of a class B drug.

At 7:28 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Water Street.
At 11:14 a.m., there was a tree across the road on Forest Street.
At 11:42 a.m., there was a skunk stuck in a storm drain on Lowell Stree.t
At 4:34 p.m., a tree and powerlines were down on Eustis Avenue.

At 1:38 p.m., there was a report of a possible fight on Pitman Avenue.
At 4:29 p.m., there was a report of stolen narcotics on Main Street.
At 5:32 p.m., there was a two car accident on North Avenue.
