This event will feature stations hosted by Greater Boston's best restaurants and caterers as well as live entertainment, a silent and live auction, and an opportunity to stroll among the animals. Tickets are $65 at the gate but $55 if purchased in advance. Wild Affair goes from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The zoo will close at 1 p.m. Saturday to get ready for the event. Proceeds from A Wild Affair support the operation and continued growth of Stone Zoo, its education programs and conservation initiatives. Some of the food and vendors at Wild Affair include Legal Seafood, Burtons Grill, Not Your Average Joe's, and Fuddruckers. The Linden Tree Concert series has a fabulous show for audiences of all ages on Sunday, May 17th from 2 to 4 pm. Rooted in equal parts hot swing, snarky songwriting, and lyrical storytelling, this energetic trio of virtuoso violin, guitar, and bass plus three part harmony vocals will transport you to a speakeasy somewhere in the back of a bar. You might not be able to sit still in your seat, and you’ll probably have a smile on your face most of the show!“Hotshot swing, crackerjack instrumentals, superb harmonies &amp; hysterical stagecraft” —The Folk Project
Rob Flax possesses a rare combination of skills: he is an award-winning violinist, classically trained but known for his jazz and improvisational pyrotechnics and irresistible grooves, plus a deep knowledge of American fiddle traditions. He's also a powerhouse vocalist, capable of silky crooning a la Nat King Cole or visceral Chicago blues shouts, and a consummate songwriter with lyrical depth to complement the instrumental virtuosity.
Rob Flax's Boom Chick Trio adds guitar, upright bass, and three part vocals to the mix, elevating Rob's eclectic originals with intricate instrumental interplay, tight vocal harmonies, and irreverent humor.
Joining Rob is Slava Tolstoy, a Boston based guitarist, singer and producer, originally from St. Petersburg Russia. Slava’s original songs are best described as energetic pop-rock with tight arrangements, virtuoso soloing and deep and meaningful lyrics in the best traditions of Russian rock.

Throughout 10+ years touring nationally with Americana genre-defiers, Twisted Pine, Chris has studiously carved out a niche as the funkiest bassist in bluegrass. AM 6:30am - 10am
PM 2:30pm - 5:30pm
Compensation:
$21.00 per hour
Prefer that candidate works a minimum of 10 hours per week.

<li>Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and consumer courtesy.</li>
</ul>

<li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles, when necessary.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fuel the vehicles, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, consumer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist individuals in and out of the vehicle ensuring that all required safety equipment is utilized in the process of transporting consumers. This will include, but may not be limited to, operating ramps, lifts, and utilizing securement devices, as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret maps and driving directions to take the most efficient route. and read and interpret road signs in English.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
