
The Lynnfield Family Center will be offering a 6-week Workshop on Stress Management and Anxiety Reduction. Participants will learn to identify and reduce anxiety in their daily lives through the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Techniques, Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation and Yoga.
