Town Of Wakefield Announces Water Main Flushing This Fall

The Department of Public Works Water Division will be flushing water mains this fall.

Flushing will take place in areas of Wakefield north of Water Street and Broadway from October 7 to October 31. Flushing will occur in areas of Wakefield south of Water Street and Broadway from October 23 to November 23.

You may temporarily experience discolored water and/or reduced pressure during these times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this important maintenance process.
