Wakefield Announces Parking Ban For Storm

A release from the Town of Wakefield:

Due to the forecasted snow storm, a parking ban is in effect from Saturday, Jan. 19 at 11 p.m. through Sunday, Jan. 20 at 6 p.m. Please remove all cars from the roadways. Vehicles impeding snow operations will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.

We ask for everyone’s assistance in staying off the roads during the storm. Additionally, your assistance in clearing catch basins and hydrants is greatly appreciated.

During the winter season we would appreciate your assistance in keeping vehicles off the roadways whenever possible during snow removal operations. Wakefield Public Works thanks you for your cooperation.
