District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Tuesday indictments that were handed down between Dec. 13 and Jan. 27. One case with Wakefield ties was announced.
Duane Collins, 57, of Lynn, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.
