Boston based award winning a cappella group, Sound Off, will perform in Wakefield on Saturday, January 18th, at 7:00pm, at the state-of-the-art Galvin Middle School Veterans Memorial Auditorium.


Formed in 2013, Sound Off is an award-winning a cappella group based in Boston and proud member of the Contemporary A cappella League (CAL). They are young men and women from all different career fields brought together by an unabashed love for a cappella music and performance. While they perform regularly around the Greater Boston area, Sound Off continues to develop a diverse repertoire of modern pop with a soulful twist. Sound Off recently performed at Carnegie Hall in the Varsity Vocals Open Competition Finals, placed first in the Boston Harmony Sweepstakes in 2018, and placed first on the third season of WGBH’s Sing That Thing! in 2017.

Wakefield High School’s award winning a cappella groups, She Major and Voices of Steel will perform their versions of today’s top hits, including songs by Hozier, Sia, Andy Grammer, and David Guetta. Joining them will be the Wakefield High School’s In Big Treble, directed by Christopher Igoe, Galvin Middle School’s Chamber Chorus, directed by Kienan Reilly, and NOTEorious from North Reading High School, directed by Alli Kane.
