Wakefield Hockey Team Scores For Food Pantry
Food Drive at Shaw's yields more than 20 boxes of food for pantry.

Thanks from the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry:
SCORE! A huge thank you to the Wakefield High School boys hockey teams, their families, and Susan Langlois, grade 5 teacher at the Galvin Middle School, who organized a highly successful January 27 food drive on behalf of Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry's clients.
As a result of their hard work encouraging shoppers at Shaw's on Water Street to donate, the food pantry has received more than 20 boxes of food -- or approximately eight overflowing shopping carts. Shaw's shoppers also donated more than $120 in cash and gift cards.
