Wakefield Pair Indicted By Grand Jury

Drugs behind indictment of two town residents.

Two Wakefield residents were indicted by a grand jury according to District Attorney Marian Ryan, who announced the indictments Wednesday.

Jean Baguidy, 40, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of oxycodone. In addition, Daniel Emero, 33, was charged with possession of a Class A substance and armed robbery.

These charges are allegations and the defendents are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
