“November was a busy month for our Department in regards to motor vehicle enforcement, more specifically focused on those who may be operating under the influence of liquor/drugs as we head into the Holiday season,” said Police Chief Richard Smith. “We had six arrests within a few week span, several involving individuals with subsequent offenses for this same issue. We will continue to be diligent in this area and ensure that all pedestrians as well as the motoring public are able to enjoy this season safely.”
