Wakefield Police and Middlesex District Attorney's Office Present Parent Workshop on "Navigating the Cyber World"
The event takes place on Oct. 29 at Wakefield High School.

Wakefield Police Chief Richard E. Smith is pleased to announce a social media educational evening that is geared for parents in order to help them with the challenges and dangerous situations that may arise through the use of the Internet, social media and smart phones. This workshop will explain the issues and possible consequences from cyber bullying, sexting and revealing identifying information to strangers.
The event will be held at Wakefield High School on October 29 from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Presenters will be Jamie Klufts from the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office along with Wakefield Police School Resource Officers Michael Pietrantonio, Kelley Tobyne and Jason Skillings.
