Wakefield Salon Expanding to Danvers this Spring

Route 114 in Danvers is getting a new hair salon this spring.

Lisa Lipani, owner of Carl Michael Salon on Lowell Street in Wakefield, says she's expanding and opening her second location in a retail plaza at 85 Andover St. The plaza is also home to Giblee's, Bella Serra Bridal and Prime Roast Beef.

Carl Michael Salon will occupy a 1,000-square-foot space and is currently being renovated. Lipani hopes the salon will open in early spring.

“I am excited to expand our services to Danvers and serve guests that haven’t had convenient access to our Wakefield location,” she said.

“Finding the right location was very important to me,” she said. “We are excited to be experiencing growth, and wanted to be certain that we selected a location that would allow us to best serve our growing base of clients and friends.”

Lipani is also a Redken Regional Performing Artist and assists national artists at Redken hair shows.
