Wakefield's 2016 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map
Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.
WAKEFIELD, MA — There are two level 3 sex offenders living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Wakefield as of Oct. 14, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.
Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.
- Shawn S. Foti, 39, lives at 75 Montrose Avenue in Wakefield. Convicted of O/S unnatural and lascivious acts with a child under 16 in 1997.
- David E. Giacalone, 52, lives at 9 Byron St. Apt. 1 in Wakefield. Convicted of aggravated rape in 1985.
