REMAX Hot Air Balloon Rides at the 5K for the 4th Trail Run

The Walpole Recreation Department and the Walpole Rebel Runners are hosting the 2nd Annual "5K for the 4th Trail Run" through the Town Forest on Sunday, May 19th. The race kicks off from Walpole High School at 9:00 a.m. The folk at Remax will once again be at the race with their REMAX Hot Air Balloon. Rides will be offered on the tethered hot air balloon, with all proceeds going to the Night Before the 4th Fireworks Fund. Rides are $10.00 per person, and offered on a first come, first served basis. The balloon is anchored on Plimpton Field and riders get a chance to get a birds eye view of town, rising up seven stories about the field! Last year the rides sold out, and the response was great. Get there early for a chance to check out the balloon and take a ride for a great cause!
