As a Branch Administrator, you will:

  • Support the Branch and Branch Manager by effectively handling the administrative functions of the Branch.
  • Serve as key contact point for employees, clients, region and corporate office.
  • Manage the payroll process for a Branch office including the entry of weekly timesheets and auditing of payroll related information.
  • Be responsible for Branch billing related to obtaining approvals and managing the billing and invoice system.
  • Review and oversee the accounts receivable process by running weekly reports and contacting appropriate customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Review and oversee the accounts payable process by issuing purchase order numbers, maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, entering invoices into system and reconciling purchase orders on a consistent basis.
  • Act as key office manager by answering phones, ordering office supplies and serving as support in the preparation of proposals contracts and correspondence.
  • Be a key point of support for month end financial preparations while working in conjunction with the Regional Controller and Branch Manager

The ideal candidate for a Branch Administrator will have a 2 or 4 year degree in business or a related field or 3-5 years’ experience in a business office with extensive accounting related responsibilities and advanced ability in purchasing, AP / AR and payroll.  A strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and DOS based computer programs is also critical.

Successful candidates will excel at customer service, have exceptional organizational skills and display a sense of urgency and ability to work productively under tight deadlines.  Additionally, the ideal candidate will exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual a PLUS.

Required Skills:

Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required. Required Experience:

Tennis Instructor at the Wimbledon Club

Private tennis club looking for certified tennis instructors for our Tennis School and ladies' teams. Candidate must be personable, detailed, punctual and reliable. Instructor must be able to teach private and group lessons. Weekend work is required. Instructor should have at least 2 years teaching experience as well as being certified. Our indoor season runs September through May.


Senior Sales Associate at Hess

Principal duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provides prompt, courteous customer service; assist customers with their purchases. Resolves problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Works cash register, monitors shift cash & inventory control, prepares shift reports.
