  • Forecast sales on a monthly basis for the territory.
  • Ultimately, drive the performance of our outside sales representatives.
  • Foster a system integrator program in your territory.

  • BSEE or equivalent.
  • Strong technical background.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Previous sales management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable: 

  • Experience in a test, measurement, embedded control or DAQ related field.
  • Experience in selling to military and aerospace customers.
  • Experience working with and/or for manufacturer’s representative.

Primary Function:

  • Running chemistry reagents and quality control material on chemistry analyzers.
  • Validating and Troubleshooting of manufacturing lots in WIP.
  • Raw material and manufacturing process change validations.
  • Customer complaint investigations and technical support.

To be consider for this position, candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar subject area is required.

  • Related work experience of 1-3 years is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication/customer service
  • Must be comfortable with comfortable with computers
  • Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct foot patrols of facility (may take up to 2 hours)
  • Monitor and read alarm print-outs
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phones and provide access control

Responsibilities: 

  • Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work. 
  • Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems. 
  • Performs all repair service on customer copier equipment. 
  • Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed. 
  • Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required. 
  • Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.
  • Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer. 
  • May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have basic Microsoft Office skills, 1-2 years of related work experience, and a High School Diploma or GED. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must! 
  • Related copy/mail/clerical experience is preferred.
