Part-Time Retail Sales Merchandiser for the Hershey Company
Responsibilities:
- Use relationship-building skills to quickly establish rapport with store managers and key decision makers.
- Execute sales and merchandising plans in existing convenience store accounts. Detailed “Retail Execution Plans" will be provided.
- Use consultative selling skills to negotiate place of primary, secondary and end cap displays throughout the year and during critical seasons such as Easter, Halloween, summer, etc.
- Report daily sales activities through the use of a handheld computer, synchronizing upon completion of each day.
- Report weekly mileage, competitive activity, account changes, promotions as well as completing all administrative functions within assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license without restrictions and personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
- Proof of Insurance indicating minimum coverage of $300,000 per person / $300,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week. Regular work hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Must reside within the territory boundaries established by the Hershey District Sales Supervisor.

Requirements:
- Support the Literature Fulfillment Administrator in relation to CustomPoint (CP) the literature fulfillment system for Healthcare Diagnostics. Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: maintaining CP database and excel spreadsheets; monitoring CP mailbox and voicemail; reviewing and submitting Literature Job Submission Forms; communicating with internal Siemens clients, designers, the vendor, and CustomPoint team.
- Collect data and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Siemens clients and vendor
- Provide customer service support to internal Siemens clients including: responding to phone and email inquiries; researching and resolving literature orders and shipment problems; expediting orders; etc.
- Coordinate resources to help resolve CP system and procedure issues and implement continuous improvements. Act as Creative Traffic Manager for the Creative Services department. This role includes: assigning tasks and conducting status checks; monitoring projects and tasks; initiating jobs and timelines; completing production forms; coordinating approvals; and assisting with the overall creative workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the Director, Brand and Channel Management (BCM) and the BCM team, to include, but not limited to: expense reporting; travel arrangements; meeting planning; general reporting; and general office administration.
- Manage team calendar, reporting, and supplies for BCM team.
- Media Leads: Media Lead handling, including dissemination and reporting
- Special projects as assigned.
- Education
- BS/BA in Communications or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge and Experience:
