Norwood Toastmasters, an open club serving Norwood and surrounding communities, will host an Open House on Tuesday, April 25. Anyone interested in developing or improving communication and leadership skills in a peer-supported setting are welcome to attend. In addition to observing a Toastmasters meeting in-action, guests may participate in “Table Topics” – a Toastmasters impromptu speaking standby, “Who’s Listening?,” and meeting feedback. The night’s format offers plenty of time for guests to mix with members to gain a personal perspective.
Norwood Toastmasters meets at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 572 Nichols Street in Norwood. Meetings begin promptly at 7:30 PM and end shortly after 9:00 PM. Guests should arrive 15 minutes early for introductions.
