UPDATE: Power in Walpole Almost Completely Restored
3 percent of Walpole homes still do not have electricity.
WALPOLE, MA - Progress is being made in restoring power in Walpole, but some are still without power.
As of midday Sunday, 143 homes do not have electricity. The amount is down 1,156 homes that were in the dark Saturday afternoon.
Due to the storm, several wires have been pulled down by tree branches. Residents are advised to stay safe and do not go near any downed wires. If you want to report an outage, call 800 592-2000.
