Police Arrest "Upskirting" Suspect

UPDATED: Authorities in Canton, Norwood, Westwood and Walpole worked together to locate a man wanted in connection with a recent string of “upskirting” incidents at the Walpole Mall.

Norton Police arrested Andrew Gavin, 22, of Canton, on Thursday, and transported him to Walpole. He faces several charges including the photographing of an unsuspected nude person.
Gavin was scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in Wrentham District Court.
